MS. DEEPA TRACY, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ms. Deepa Tracy is a first generation businesswoman and has built Mantra Exports, a leading high – quality apparel exports entity from India. The genesis of establishing the NBFC stemmed from Mantra Foundation which focused on creating livelihoods for individuals in Rural and Semi- urban areas. She is a seasoned entrepreneur known for her exceptional ability to build and grow successful businesses.

MR. AJAY PATADIA, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Ajay Patadia is by qualification an Associate Company Secretary and Law Graduate. He is the founder of Nyuleaf Advisors. His recent JV in an Investment Banking business had inspired him to set up Nyuleaf Advisors in 2017. During his past stint, he has successfully completed transactions in financial services, education, and consumer sectors. He has handled all aspects of business ranging from strategy to execution and support functions.

MR. VIKRANT PONKSHE, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Vikrant Ponkshe has an extensive experience within Banking and Financial Services. His core competencies are governance, risk, strategic thinking and implementation, abilities to draw – up and roll out strategic imperatives for the organization, including products, processes, striking business alliances etc. He has held key positions in International and Indian institutions like, LIC HFL, Barclays Bank PLC, Abu Dhabi Finance, Cosmos Bank etc.

MS. PURVI AMBANI, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms. Purvi Ambani is a Chartered Accountant and a Seasoned Investment Banker. She has 20 – year work experience and has been associated with the Asit C Mehta Group since past 15 years. She has worked extensively on a range of financial products for clients, such as fund – based and non – fund – based working capital facilities, term loans, foreign currency loan, Business Sourcing, Project Finance, PE Funding and so on.

MR. JITENDRA NEGANDHI, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Jitendra Negandhi is a certified chartered accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from the year 1984. He has been associated with our Company since April 10, 2024. He possesses over 30 years of experience in finance.

MR. RAVISHANKAR RAMAMOORTHY, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Ravishankar Ramamoorthy joined Reliance Industries as Vice President – Corporate Affairs in 1999 and was handling their telecom project as well as Petroleum Project roll – out operations for South. After the split in the group, joined the rolls of Reliance Communications as Senior Vice President in 2007. Upon leaving the Reliance group in 2012, he has been advising companies on strategies to successfully implement projects as well as overcome statutory and regulatory constraints.
